The Science Panel of the Global Geodetic Observing System

The Science Panel provides scientific advisory to the GGOS Steering Committee. The Science Panel brings together experts from various fields in Earth sciences relevant for GGOS. The current membership is available here.

A major task of the SP is to provide the scientific rationale for GGOS. This includes the writing of a science plan for GGOS. Currently, this is part of the GGOS 2020 Strategy Process.
